As the fallout of the Trucks for Hire continues, here is a recap of the situation, how it started, who was in on it, and all that jazz. Corruption at it's finest. And we in Chicago just shrugg and say, "It's just the way the city works" and continue on with our day. That's also why we, Chicago, own DC. But that's another story.
