Some Advise for Bush

Also, rumor has it W and company are considering building new dams in Texas and Kentucky to fight the water there instead of fighting the water in New Orleans.

And for those who don't know, 30% of the LA National Guard are in Iraq. Half of their equipment is in Iraq. The Army Corps of Engineers asked for money to re-enforce the levies in New Orleans, but Bush and others didn't give them the money. It got tied up in Iraq.

Really though, what a great job by Bush. Maybe Mr. Kanye West was right... "Bush doesn't care about black people."
